This weekend the Division I Razorbacks return home for the first time in the second semester by hosting Division II McKendree University Bearcats.  The Bears will enter the weekend with a record of 18-4-0 and are ranked #1 in the Division II Central Region.  The two teams have not met since January of 2015 when both programs were Division III Pacific Region rivals.  Puck drop is set for Friday, January 26 at 8:00 PM and Saturday, January 27 at 4:30 PM at the Jones Center in Springdale. Keep an eye on the team’s Facebook Page closer to game time for a link to the game’s broadcast, brought to you by Drop the Gloves Radio.

The Division III Hogs open the second semester of play last weekend against the Creighton Bluejays.  Entering the weekend, the Division III Razorbacks were ranked #9 in the Pacific Region while the Bluejays entered as #10.  Arkansas put some distance between itself in both nights–notching 9-1 and 7-3 wins to earn the series sweep.  Saturday was Senior Night where the program recognized the Division III roster’s four seniors — #6 Andrew DeNome, #23 Matt Tallo, #71 Sky Chambers, and #32 Trey Lowry.

This weekend, the Division III Razorbacks travel to Olive Branch, Mississippi to take on SEC rival Ole Miss. The two teams have hooked up once before this season–all the way back in September when Arkansas earned a 5-1 victory.  Puck drop is set for Friday, January 26 at 9:30 PM and Saturday, January 27 at 4:15 PM.  Follow the team’s social media pages for score updates.
