DI back on the road; DIII welcomes rival Missouri State

The Division III Razorbacks return home this weekend to host the Bears of Missouri State University. The Hogs and Bears met earlier this season in the Pacific Region Showcase, where the Bears won 3-1.  The Hogs the weekend with a record of 5-4 after having split a pair of games against Nebraska.  For its part, Missouri State arrives with an overall record of 6-3-0 after having swept a pair of close games last weekend against Creighton. All time, the Razorbacks own a 15-8 lifetime series edge over the Bears.

The Razorbacks’ first game against the Bears will take place on Friday October 13th at 9:15 PM at the Jones Center in Springdale. Puck drop for the second game is set for Saturday October 14th at 7:30 PM at the Jones Center.

The Division I Hogs are back on the road, this time to Arizona this weekend to take on the 16th ranked Wildcats from the University of Arizona and the 18th ranked Sun Devils from Arizona State University.  Both are WCHL conference rivals.

On Thursday October 12th, the Razorbacks will face the Sun Devils of Arizona State University. The Razorbacks will be looking for their first-ever win against the Sun Devils as they are 0-3-0 all time against them. Puck drop is set for 8:00 PM (MST) against the Sun Devils. The Sun Devils enter the game with a record of 2-4-0 this season.

On Friday October 13th at 7:00 PM (MST) and Saturday October 14th at 1:15 PM (MST) the Razorbacks will face the Wildcats of the University of Arizona. The teams met three times last season and the Wildcats hold an edge in the series at 2-1-1. The Hogs will look to hand the Wildcats their first loss as they enter the weekend with an undefeated record of 3-0-0.
